Utilise your real estate knowledge and previous expertise to be a key part of our commercial division as a property manager

THE ROLE
This role is integral to the business in maximising & maintaining the commercial portfolio across the Sutherland Shire, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and beyond. This role will be responsible management and development of our current Commercial portfolio using your property management experience to provide excellent and organised service to our clients.
This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment within a young, passionate and determined team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identifying and proactively seek commercial business
  • Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities into managements
  • Confidently negotiate leases and renewals
  • In-depth and detailed understanding of portfolio management
  • Contract management
  • Arrears management
  • Maintain your understanding of the local market and pricing, as well as up to date knowledge of the industry
  • Conducting outgoing/ ingoing inspections
  • Organising maintenance requests
  • Industry compliance
  • Manage and liaise with new and existing clients
  • Administration & reporting, including strategy plans, budgeting and financial transactions
  • Preparing building & tenancy reports for the Lessor
  • Working alongside our Commercial Sales & leasing teams to maximise all business opportunities
TO SUCCEED YOU WILL NEED
  • Commercial understanding and experience
  • Previous property management experience
  • Corporate level of communication and presentation
  • Excellent client liaison skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration background
  • Driven and proactive sales focus
  • Strong customer service orientation and an invested interest in working as a team
  • Relationship management skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • A certificate of registration or real estate license is essential
  • Strong determination and KPI driven
  • Must be passionate about a career in the commercial sector
  • Able to manage conflict and handle rejection
