The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Field Operative working Monday to Friday out of our Bayswater Depot.The main objective of this role is to provide support to ensure the effective operation of the oOh Media warehouse, poster preparation and an opportunity to give back to your community by providing support to the team with a range of cleaning, maintenance services and installation of advertising posters on the oOh!’s Street Furniture assets (bus shelters and retail).

Your duties will also include:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the oOh Media warehouse including the co-ordination, receipt and despatch of deliveries and stock.
  • Carry out our warehouse posting functions with preparing upcoming posting activities including layout, logistics, poster storage, labelling and sorting of all return posters.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and external grounds.
  • Assisting with our Field Operations for the Maintenance and Cleaning of Bus Shelters and Retail advertising assets as required.
  • Fortnightly Posting of advertising campaigns as well as ad-hoc Posting as required.

About You :

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records when recording stock movements.
  • Proficient forklift experience with current forklift licence.
  • Excellent work ethic and time management, with demonstrable planning and organisational skills.
  • A strong sense of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use basic power tools and be mechanically minded.
  • A full and clean Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Experience working in a company with strict WHS policies and procedures and commitment to adhere to them.
