The Role
As an Imagery Intelligence Instructor, you will work within a team of Australian Public Servants and Military staff in the delivery of specialised training.
Under limited direction, your role is to contribute to the training of confident, knowledgeable and skilled imagery analysts able to exploit imagery and produce intelligence in order to support and contribute to Australian Defence Force capability, operations and decision-making. This is achieved with advanced software, emerging technologies and blended learning techniques.
Your role will involve the development and delivery of internationally recognised training, conducting and validating assessments and methodologies, and the monitoring and reporting of learner performance.
You will also be required to fulfil course manager responsibilities, which include the organisation of course resources, management of learner administration, staff coordination, external liaison and the facilitation of field trips. This will occur in a highly dynamic workplace and requires adherence to defined timelines.

The Defence School of Intelligence (DSI) Imagery Intelligence Wing (IIW) is responsible for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Imagery Intelligence Training.
