What this opportunity involves:

As a Workplace Ambassador - Reception for our prestigious global tech client, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for employees and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for everyone who enters the workplace.

An Overview of the role:

  • Provide a warm and hospitable atmosphere to employees and guests, embodying the client's brand culture and values.
  • Manage up-to-date visitor information, enhancing agility in the workplace.
  • Handle internal and external calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Anticipate client needs through observation, delivering memorable experiences.
  • Foster a sense of hospitality and promote a positive work environment for our team, the client, and their guests.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, both internal and external, by providing authentic, caring, and timely service.
  • Ensure compliance with security measures by effectively managing visitor access through the client's Visitor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Assist and educate clients in the seamless and efficient process of booking meeting rooms.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up promptly and meet user requirements for an enhanced experience.
  • Plan and organize experiences and community events within and beyond the office, promoting collaboration and injecting a sense of fun into the workplace.
  • Collaborate with the JLL Regional Experience Manager to assist our global tech client with workplace experience initiatives and events.
  • Support the design, remote organization, and coordination of client events to create impactful experiences for employees and guests.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area.
  • Previous experience in managing F&B, social events, or wellness programs is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet tight schedules and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
