Senior Capability Specialist

Join Sedgwick's Learning and Development team as a Senior Capability Specialist, shaping our technical training and career framework program ("Art & Science of Loss Adjusting"). Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions, thinking innovatively to enrich the learner experience. Strong graphic design and media creation skills needed. Make an impact with us!

What are my accountabilities?

  • Consult with SMEs to identify learning needs.

  • Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging learning solutions based on adult learning principles.

  • Develop learning solutions and collateral using various mediums, with a focus on digital modes such as short films, podcasts, and dummy phone calls etc

  • Deploy learning solutions effectively.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using agreed measurement and evaluation tools.

  • Facilitate Power Skills or Leadership sessions as needed.

About you:

  • Strong experience in learning and development, primarily in instructional design

  • Highly skilled in media creation (recording and editing of videos, podcasts, graphic design)

  • Strong ability in Articulate (particularly Storyline)

  • Experience consulting at a senior leader level.

  • Previous Leadership experience is desirable.
