This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work from home 2 days per week based in the Melbourne or Sydney CBD.
The Role:
- Support claimants through each stage of the claims process managing on a portfolio of 30 cyber claims.
- Provide a proactive claims management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
- Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.
- Build and maintain rapport with law firms and clients.
- Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.
- Salary (experience dependent): $90,000 - $105,000 + Super
- Flexible working hours & Hybrid working up to 2 days at home
- Christmas leave, in addition to Annual Leave
- Onsite learning & development team with a structured career pathway
- An experienced liability claims consultant, paralegal or legal assistant with a law degree
- Someone who is passionate about cyber insurance and learning the emerging market
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
