EDGECLIFF HEARING seeking receptionist.
Edgecliff and Bella Vista Hearing clinics provide quality audiology for adults and children. The Bella Vista clinic is located in the Q-Central Building opposite the Norwest Private Hospital.
A new 3 day per week position has been created to support current staff. The position includes:
- Permanent part time role
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Flexibility to very occasionally work (up to) 5 days per week to cover Leave
- Good computer skills is a must (Word, Outlook, Excel, management of printers/scanners)
- Competence to quickly learn the CRM patient software (training and support will be given)
- High level multi-task ability; attention to detail; good organisational skills
- Friendly, warm and kind manner
- Excellent telephone/communication skills essential
- Ability to work in a team is essential
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bella Vista Clinic, including booking patients, taking payment, managing courier parcels to and from the clinic
- Working with guidance from Practice Manager
