About the role
You'll need a passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service! The role is casual hours including weekends. We are recruiting 2 Customer Service positions for our bp Botany store to cover:
Monday - Saturday: 2pm - 10.15pm
Sunday - Tuesday: 2pm - 10.15pm
There is opportunity for additional shifts as they become available for the right candidate.
Christmas day is our busiest day of the year, and you will be expected to work as part of the team on this day for a short shift 3-5 hours.
What you will be doing
- Delivering above customer expectation service for our valued customers
- Delivering the highest quality of Barista made coffee and made on site cafe products
- Maintaining site standards - including cleanliness, merchandising and promotion displays
- Ensuring our fresh food cabinets are always full of fresh quality products, baking throughout the shift
- Following all safety requirements inside and on the forecourt, with due diligence
- Undertaking scheduled training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning
What we need from you
- Previous customer-service experience, preferably in a café, convenience retail or fast food an added plus
- Positive energy, great attitude, and motivation to keep pace within an active and busy environment
- Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Able to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently
** 32 hours of paid training for all successful applicants **
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour
