As a HDD Driller Trainee, you will work alongside the HDD Driller to be mentored and trained to operate HDD Rigs. This position operates HDD rigs under close supervision to safely and successfully complete Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects in accordance with company standards, project design, client requirements and industry best practice. It is essential to demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in a variety of roles as asked by field management. Critical for success is the ability to maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate teamwork in all work activities.

What it takes:
- High School Certificate and 3-5 years of experience working on HDD rigs
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to perform intensive manual labour and be a team player
- Must be willing to travel and work onsite in locations across Australia
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen

Pay: $27.58 – $59.28 per hour
