Description:
Sydney Art Flooring is an established retail organisation specialising in supply and installation of Timber floors, Carpet and Rugs.
This job is suited for a confident and motivated individual with great interpersonal skills able to work 5 days per week (and weekends) in our Bondi Junction store.
Example duties include but are not limited to:
- All duties and requirements associated with sales and customer service in a retail store environment.
- On the floor selling, customer liaison (site inspections, quoting, project management etc);
- Logistics (booking stock, managing customer appointments, arranging installers, deliveries etc);
- Store merchandising, attending to store presentation and maintaining store standards.
Required skills:
- Previous proven experience in flooring industry;
- The ability to conduct detailed on-site measurements for accurate flooring estimates;
- Estimate read and interpret off architectural plans;
- Exceptional communication and writing skills;
- Confident salesperson;
- Must have Australian driving license and a reliable and insured vehicle suitable for business purposes, car allowance will be reimbursed;
