Join Our Client's Team as a Part-Time Pharmacist!
Are you a pharmacist looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity to expand your clinical and customer engagement skills? Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team as a Part-Time Pharmacist, with shifts on Sundays (11:00 am - 5:00 pm) and alternating Saturdays.
Role Overview:
As the primary pharmacist on shift, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to the community. This position is ideal for newer pharmacists eager to enhance their clinical expertise and customer interaction skills.
Shift Schedule and Compensation:
- Sunday: $60 per hour
- Alternating Saturdays: $50 per hour
- Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing clinical advice and medication counselling to patients.
- Collaborating with the health care team to optimise patient care.
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries and provide personalised care.
Key Details:
- Scripts per day: 280-350
- Methadone: Not dispensed at this location
Team Environment:
- Team of 17 permanent employees, including interns, retail coordinators, dispensary technicians, and pharmacy students.
- Receive support and guidance from an experienced Group Pharmacy Manager and mentor group.
