Attributes You Possess:

- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and optimise resource allocation.
- Experience in leading and developing people, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in operational excellence, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and alignment towards common goals.
