Team Leader opportunity!
Grow your leadership career and personal brand in our dynamic, fast paced and fun contact centre. We have an exciting, new opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Service Delivery team in Modbury.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management of a team. You will drive and develop team performance and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will be someone who leads example, who is inspiring and supportive to others, passionate, customer orientated and results focused.
Due to clearance requirements Australian Citizenship is required
Operating Hours
We have full time opportunities available. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support all of your out of work commitments.
What you’ll do
- Develop, coach and support your team to achieve quality and productivity targets
- Drive team engagement and morale
- Respond to general and escalated queries from customers, clients and team members
- Lead by example in areas of professionalism, conduct, punctuality and leadership
- Lead a team working on a key Federal Government service
- Develop action plans to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement
- Drive dedication to customer service and share knowledge within the team
- Identify areas of potential efficiency improvements
- Conduct monthly 1:1's to review performance and provide coaching and feedback to
- individuals to support their personal development
What you’ll bring
- Willingness to obtain the required security clearance
- A passion for people leadership, coaching & development and the ability to drive team engagement
- Operational business analytic skills
- Experience in reporting on and presenting team performance results
- Reliable with good attendance and adherence record
- Consistency in meeting KPI's across both phone-based and quality metrics
- Have high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be enthusiastic and willing to build relationships with team members and support staff
- Team Leading experience preferred
