Description:
Reporting to the Head of Product Enterprise & Monetisation, the Senior Group Product Manager, Growth & Monetisation role will have a primary focus on evolving our Pricing & Packaging approach as well as driving customer purchases by utilising Growth tactics.
Main Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, inspire and deliver outcomes with a growing team of 3-4 experienced Product Managers.

Liaising with stakeholders across all levels of Atlassian to define Growth & Monetisation strategies and roadmaps for the ITSM market.

Be deeply involved in the review of month-to-month business performance and lead market level OKRs

Responsible for increasing revenue outcomes while meeting customer needs through Growth & Monetisation levers

Work directly with development and design squads at all levels of the organisation to drive prioritisation & alignment

Experienced in working on commercial side of B2B Enterprise Product Management; taking SaaS products to market, ideally in the ITSM space where they carried commercial responsibility for a product

Must be comfortable leading a Portfolio of different domains that may not be connected and leading projects which cut across the whole organisation

Experienced in B2B Pricing & Packaging

Experience using experimentation methodologies or Growth tactics a bonus

Experienced in going deep on business performance metrics and articulating key insights to others

Extensive product experience with a deep understanding of Enterprise Cloud software

Strong people management experience with a love for developing and mentoring Product Managers, while holding them accountable for multiple streams of work

Clarity of vision for your product / portfolio that provides the team with direction and inspiration

The ability to ruthlessly prioritize and the technical know-how to partner closely with engineering to execute on the roadmap you define

Masterful communication, networking and stakeholder management skills that enable you to tell a compelling story at the right level to inspire any audience
