We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Electrical Project Manager . In this role, you will take charge of managing all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring that deliverables align with client requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and assess performance against key metrics such as time, budget, quality, and safety.
- Manage project budgets
- Manage relationships with clients and sub-contractors on projects
- Manage labour and workforce on project site
- Manage procurement and project materials, plant and equipment
- Manage Quality control and assurance
- Develop project plans and manage compliance documentation
- Manage deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and projects delivered on time
- Safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project
- Project reporting
- Comply with Internal Policies / Procedures
Qualifications
- Electrical trade or relevant qualifications in electrical construction
- Strong experience in electrical project management
- Strong experience in subcontractor and supplier procurement and management
- Electrical Estimating experience and developing project plans in the construction industry
- Strong experience in reading and interpreting plans to assist the project team with direction
- Strong ability to lead and manage project teams and build relationships with clients
- Understanding of employment and Industrial Relations requirements on project sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
