Seeking multiple motivated, customer service consultants to join a NFP health insurance provider | Monday - Friday | St Kilda Rd | 24th June start!!
Are you a customer service superstar looking to work with a fun team in a company that makes a difference? We are seeking motivated, customer service consultants to join a not-for-profit organisation specialising in health insurance.With the office based on St Kilda Road, it is very accessible by public transport, with a tram stop at the doorstep! Office Hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster of 8.30am - 6pm (hello work life balance!!!).

THE ROLE:
Working in a fun and supportive contact centre you will be working within the member services team where you will be the first point of contact for members looking to discuss their private health insurance products.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this process, you must ..
- Pride yourself on having exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Love building rapport with customers and have the ability to understand and translate complex information to others in a simple, effective way
- Enjoy being on the phone all day and are comfortable with technology, you possess a strong ability to pick up new systems
If you have an understanding or background in the health insurance industry this is desirable, but not essential
