Cruise Team Leader

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Cruise Team Leader to join our client's team and lead a group of talented Cruise Consultants. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing sales performance, and fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Cruise Consultants to achieve individual and team goals.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales targets and strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, from initial inquiry to post-cruise follow-up.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions, provide ongoing coaching, and implement development plans to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyse reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the travel industry, preferably with a focus on cruise bookings.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
