A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Process and Tools Engineer (PLM Admin) to join our team. This role will implement Systems engineering processes, methods and tools in order to contribute to the success of projects, and participate in the architecting process by helping their organisation evaluate solution options prior to system development in order to maximize the efficiency of related projects.

YOUR ROLE

Located in Sydney's Rydalmere, on Darug land, your role purpose will be:

  • The execution of tasks in accordance with the UniFi program schedule, as specified by the PLM Solution Lead.
  • The identification and support of improvements to PALMA Administration to enhance the efficient operation of PALMA within UniFi
  • Work closely with the UniFi infrastructure team to ensure constant and efficient availability of the Dev/Test and Prod PALMA environments.
  • Liaise with UK UniFi PALMA administration experts to source/share knowledge and collaborate on supporting UniFi PALMA administration in the UK and Australia.
  • Provide technical support to the broader PLM solution, and UniFi program teams regarding PLM application operation and support.
  • Report progress to the PLM Solution Lead, and escalate problems for resolution

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree or relevant industry qualifications
  • Experience in PTC Windchill support for versions 10 and 1
  • Experience in PALMA support
  • Experience with the development, modification and management of PTC Windchill configurations (create/update attributes and types).
