Description:
- Based in Sydney's Northern Beaches
- Parking on Site
- Salary $70,000 - $75,000 plus super
Duties include:
- Scheduling and coordinating Service Technicians and Service agents and coordinating stock-take activities.
- Accurate and timely recording of service job completion, creating, entering, and closing job sheets.
- Active monitoring of the Service Order Queue and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Assisting Technical Service and Support staff as part of the Service team.
- Ensuring timely communication with customers to book service appointments.
- Managing Repair/Breakdown Service Jobs within the Service Management System.
- Following up with customers regarding preventative maintenance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Leadership and Management, or 2-3 years of similar experience will be highly regarded.
- 2-3 years experience in scheduling or team planning and customer service experience. Familiarity with online rostering and Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Professional demeanour, customer-centric communication, adaptability and ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and organisational skills.
