We sit at the center of the business, partnering with leadership to support our strategy of making life easier for our millions of users. About the Role
The Manager role for Financial Business Group is a unique opportunity to help shape and expand our financial business programs. This person will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in:
The Impact You'll Have
- Define & align business program strategies (e.g. for store value, driver wallet)
- Program Operations
- Performance & growth management for business programs
- Financial plan creation & accountability for business outcomes
- Go to market planning, operations & execution
- Program Partner Management
- Define targets for external partners & monitor performance
- Primary POC for external partners
- Manage regular partner business reviews
The Experience You'll Bring
- 5 years of high performing work experience in startup, strategy, operations, analytics, business development, or a variety of other specialty roles with demonstrated ability in quantitative fields.
- Problem solving - Being able to solve issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense and data. Identifying the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude
- A willingness to be "on the ground" working responsively with bank and other Fintech partners
Bonus Points
- Quantitative Bachelor's degree (engineering, mathematics, finance, economics, physics, etc.)
- SQL experience
