TRS Resourcing is seeking an Administration Clerk to work in Tottenham, VIC.
TRS Resourcing was tasked with searching for an Administration Clerk for our client, a metal recycling company. The ideal candidate will coordinate various office and operational tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth running of daily activities.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicles at the site, including ticketing, directing customers, and communicating with the yard team.
- Liaise via two-way radio with the control team and vehicles onsite to manage the type of metals received, issue invoices, and ensure attention to detail.
- Conduct general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and monitoring the attendance register.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor weighbridge operations and coordinate with truck drivers and external customers.
- Proven experience in office administration and coordination roles.
- Possess basic mathematics skills and excellent English communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, especially in OHS.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Valid full working rights
