Your Role and Impact:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll lead the way from start to finish. Collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you'll spearhead project scheduling, planning, and resource management, ensuring accuracy and excellence every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft, coordinate, and oversee assigned engineering endeavours.
- Work in closely with the Project Manager and provide technical support.
- Ensure adherence to codes, standards in VIC.
- Champion client needs and bridge them to on-site success.
- Monitor project health, report progress, and instigate improvements.
- Mentor and guide project teams towards triumph.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- A proven track record ( 6+ years ) in shaping civil infrastructure projects in VIC.
- Adept at stakeholder collaboration, innovative problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in industry best practices and standards
- Versatility to thrive in multidisciplinary environments.
