Job DescriptionReporting to the Chief People Officer, the Group Director People & Culture Business Partnering provides leadership to the P&C business partnering team delivering consistent, accurate, timely and valuable people services across Epworth to support our strategic priorities.

You will make an impact by:
- Working with People & Culture business partnering team to prioritise, plan and roadmap delivery of robust, effective workforce initiatives and people services across Epworth.
- Driving and facilitating the delivery of people initiatives to achieve agreed identified priorities.
- Collaborating with Epworth senior leaders and P&C Colleagues to appropriately manage industrial and other risks associated with people initiatives, whilst effectively managing all people aspects of change initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Hospital and Corporate Department leadership teams to identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities for the streamlining of the delivery of people services.
