Star pizzaiolo needed for new woodfired pizza concept coming in Mckinnon .
Must know how to hand stretch pizza dough , chance to work with State of Art "Ferrari of pizza Oven ".
Must be self driven and 3 years experienced in working with busy wood fired pizza places .
Weekend availability ,performance bonus provided.
