- Food and Beverage Expert
- Hands on Operator

- Innovative and Creative
- Strong Leadership
- Degree qualified in Hospitality or Business Management
- Sound Financial & Business Acumen
- Able to meet financial targets and set KPIs
- Ability to manage and develop large teams
- Guest Focused
- Attention to Detail
- Confident and effective communicator
- Sound Organisation and Computer skills
- Excellent grooming standard and high level of personal presentation
