A.k.c.n group pty ltdLocated in the finest part of Northern Beaches Newport, this well established, fast pace Restaurant looking for Restaurant Manager. This is a full-time role leading a small team providing exceptional customer service!
As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant which currently trades Tuesday-Sunday dinner and Friday-Sunday lunch. You will ensure a seamless customer experience, mentor and train staff, leading from the front, taking reservation, liaise with kitchen team to ensure smooth service and good vibes and continue the solid growth of the business.
The ideal candidates must have:
- Extensive experience in casual fine dining service
- Knowledge about the wine desirable but can train
- Passionate about exceptional customer service
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Efficient communicator and leader with focus on staff development
- Warm, friendly and “yes” attitude
- Must hold a valid RSA
Annual Packages, Super, Tips
Task & ResponsibilitiesTaking reservation, supplier ordering, rostering, liaise with kitchen team, report to General Manager & Restaurant Owner day to day operational, menu design.
Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of Restaurant Manager role experience.
Knowledge of food and beverages desirable
Relevant Diploma or Higher Qualification..
