To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a Account Manager to join our Sydney (Ingleburn) branch.

About the Role
Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Account Manager to join our Ingleburn Branch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Embody the “Yes We Can” ethos within all facets of the Business.
  • Demonstrate “Safety”, “Think”, “React”, “Sell”, “Succeed” in situations you come across within your role.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our existing customer base and its subsequent growth and retention.
  • Work in close consultation with the Sales Representatives to pass on validated new business leads and receive retention leads.
  • At all times take action in a timely manner to maximise opportunity for a positive outcome. Customer visits for retention must be done within 24hours of receiving notification of dehire. Customer visits for resigns must be done within 6 months of current contract expiring.
  • Attend the monthly Sales Meetings as run by the Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, identifying key areas / customers to address proactively and providing timely feedback on retention activity outcomes.
  • Seize opportunities with existing or previous customers to upsell and add new products and / or product sizes to the account.
  • Other tasks as required from time to time.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • A passion for sales, through the mutually beneficial activities of retaining business and developing new business
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role or sales representative capacity
  • Proven track record of managing a territory and achieving sales results
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal, effective at eliciting desired outcomes
  • Tenacity and resilience to cope with rejection whilst persisting to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Organized, competent at multi-tasking and prioritizing to address workload in a competent and timely manner
  • Professionally presented and well spoken.
