What we are looking for
- WSET Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
- 2 years + experience as a Sommelier
- Ability to lead and drive a team
- Passionate about training and development, not only for yourself and your own learning but for your team too
- A passion for and knowledge of premium wine offerings
- Knowledge of the Australian and international market
- Be professional, committed, punctual, reliable and loyal and command a high attention to detail
- Have full Australian working rights and NSW RSA.
- Available to work nights and weekends.
- Passionate about food, wine & exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
- Thrives working part of a team in a fast-paced, detail orientated environment
