About the role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to provide Administration and office support for the Management and support staff. For suitable candidates this can also be a step into leadership roles.

You will be responsible for providing Clerical and administration support for Management and the organisation in general.

  • Managing incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Referring incoming calls to the relevant person
  • Acting on all enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in booking, preparing and setting up conference/meeting rooms and group events.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments.
  • Management of office equipment.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever needed.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Manage Petty Cash, Groceries and Consumables orders

Essential requirements:

  • Demonstrated evidence as an experienced Office Manager s
  • Current Drivers Licence and own car
  • Proficient in the use of Computers for all aspects of the job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $59,485.70 – $70,095.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
