DEECA is seeking a Project Officer to join our People & Culture team who will be subject matter experts for providing operational, administrative, and technical support for DEECA's People & Culture systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong systems admin background, great interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other team members, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Experience in a similar role and knowledge of safety systems will be looked upon favourably.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Experience supporting systems and/or system administration along with process improvement skills (mandatory).
- Experience working within workplace health, wellbeing and safety environment (preferred).
- Qualifications and/or certification relevant to IT system administration (preferred).
- Experience and/or certifications related to working within Agile methodologies (preferred).
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
