Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2x Casual Customer Experience Agents to join the team at Melbourne Airport.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing reservations
