As a Cookie Baker, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our cookies are baked to perfection and meet our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cookie dough according to recipes and production schedules
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers and ovens
- Shape and portion cookie dough for baking
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent results
- Decorate and finish cookies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the baking area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience baking cookies, pastries, or breads preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
