ConsultANZ is looking for an Operation Manager for our client who offers great opportunities. They are a top tier company that specialises in Intelligent Traffic Signals and has works across Australia.Main Duties
Your responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing the operational maintenance work, network delivery hub, ITS, Civil Maintenance, and pavement & projects team.
- Leading a strong team to push and accomplish operating efficiency, cost-cutting initiatives, and increased safety.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Must have 15+ years of civil engineering or construction or relevant.
- Experience mentoring and developing staff.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
- Manage a diverse workload in often challenging environments.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ensure the required resources are allocated to the operation.
- Collaborating with the Assets and Planning team to develop and implement long-term asset management plans and strategies.
- Senior management experience is essential.
