The Position
- Report to the Director & Construction Manager
- Management of projects from conception through to completion
- Identify budgets, structure, and manage programmes.
- Represent the company as the point of contact to ensure the companies interest and ensure the project scope/scheduled and costs are maintained.
- Utilise Project Management software to track resources, products, and project progress.
- Have support from established Contracts Administrators, Estimators and Supervisors to achieve project goals.
- You will partner with your client to overcome any design and buildability issues.
- Ensure compliance, OHS and contract negotiations through the project lifecycle.

- Construction/Engineering Tertiary and/or Trade background
- Proven capability delivering Gov, Health, Education or infrastructure projects)
- Strong understanding of building codes, compliance and industry best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and value engineering capabilities
- Proficient in project management software (e.g Jobpac, Procore, Aconex and/or Microsoft Projects)
- Team driven and willingness to succeed with a strong passion within commercial/government sectors.
