The role is based in a suburb less than 10k north-west of the Melbourne CBD and accessible by rail.
The site retails new and used around 80 – 100 units per month. The role is quite broad with heaps of variety and involves:
- Deal Processing
- Accounts Payable
- Banking/Bank Reconciliations
- Relief to Stock Control – registrations
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will become part of a small Administration team. Our client is keen to speak with candidates possessing the following:
- Prior experience as an automotive deal processor incorporating general ledger reconciliations, incentive claims, commissions, documentation audits.
- DMS – Era (an advantage)
- Microsoft Office (word, excel)
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail & accuracy is essential.
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
