About the Role:

An opportunity has opened for a Team Leader to join us in our Connecting Home and HYAP Programs. We are looking for someone who has the ability to balance supporting staff to achieve client outcomes with administration in line with funding guidelines.

The successful candidate will have well developed interpersonal and communication style which is team orientated and promotes collaboration. You will also need to demonstrate previous experience in leading and developing a team and sound knowledge in risk mitigation practices, specifically focused on Homelessness support. This position is a great stepping stone to further leadership opportunities within Social Futures.
