This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, encompassing accounts, customer service, and providing crucial sales admin support to the sales team. Your primary focus will be on delivering premium customer service and sales support to both consumers and retail representatives, ensuring that all interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process sales and commercial orders in collaboration with various departments.
- Manage commercial orders and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Administer appliance changeovers while ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate stock arrangements and process return items for credit.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for retailer purchases.
- Maintain pricing in SAP and provide backup support for customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Essential customer service experience.
- Availability to work full-time in the office.
- Familiarity with SAP B1 customer database.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Work for a family-owned business established in 1946.
