Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Centre Director to lead our Childcare Centre in Liverpool . The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and administration of the centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
- Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.
- Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work towards achieving financial goals and sustainability.
- Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
- Priorities the health and safety of all children in service
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to other educators within the service
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
- Assisting with daily campus operations and room tasks such as: activity preparation and mealtimes
- Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum one year experience in a Centre Director/Management role within a childcare setting.
- Current paid working with children check, current First aid & CPR
- Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.
