Your new role
Our Hays Adelaide office is seeking a permanent full time or part time Office Administrator to join our team and commencing immediately.
This role will provide administrative support and assistance to Regional Director and stakeholders within our Adelaide office
Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate team events such as Christmas Party, Client Events as well as internal sessions for training, ED&I celebrations etc including preparing presentations, booking venues and catering
- Office maintenance including general facilities management
- Create and raise Purchase Orders for all local purchases and liaising with Finance Team.
- Collate sales and key accounts information using excel
- Coordinating job advertisement allocations for Recruitment Consultants
- Coordination of fleet car bookings and car parking.
- Management of local IT equipment - ordering laptops for new starters, coordinating desks, access passes etc
- Overseeing and coordinating wellbeing, ED&I and volunteering activities
- General administration duties
- Previous experience in administration or events coordination will be highly regarded
- Strong written and spoken communication skills gained within an internal client-facing environment, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated high level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters
- Customer focused mindset
- Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
- Excellent training to support career development/progression
