Our Opportunity
Pipe Management Australia is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a temporary basis for a 6-week assignment with a possible extension for the right candidate. This is an amazing opportunity to join a diverse and innovative organisation. Reporting to CFO, you'll thrive in our supportive, engaging, and rewarding culture while navigating a fast-paced environment.
Based in Ingleburn, your role is an integral part of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable Functions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling payment runs
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable roles ideally in a multi-site, blue collar environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft office skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
