The Role
Due to growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking an energetic Recruitment Coordinator to join the team and support our rapid growth.
Duties Include (but Not Limited To)
- Advertise vacancies, source candidates, and establish and maintain a database of candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Shortlist, phone screen, and reference check candidates.
- Update and maintain recruitment tracker and update Hiring Managers
- Organise interviews for Hiring Managers when requested
