The Company
This firm has established themselves as a key player within the investment advisory and consulting space, with extensive networks across both listed and private clients globally. With a proven track record extending over multiple decades, the organisation continues to grow and are looking for driven M&A or Corporate Finance candidates to join their team.
The Role
The Investment Analyst will be closely working with experienced directors and senior staff, to support the continuation of existing ventures, develop new business and provide advisory services to the existing portfolio. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with existing clientele to identify M&A opportunities.
- Supporting successful delivery of M&A activities.
- Providing strategic advisory services using industry data and trends.
- Working on Equity Capital Market assignments and advisory.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will show:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Engineering, Law, Finance etc.)
· 2 - 4 years of experience in either M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
· Exposure to varied commercial sectors such as Energy/Industrials/Mining etc.
· Fundamental financial modelling and/or valuations skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
