Earlyhood Recruitment are on working with a fantastic Childcare Service looking for an experienced Area Manager to join their growing service, supporting Childcare centres across Sydney!As the Portfolio Manager, you will be leading Centre Directors and Managers in operational excellence, delivering business goals and high-quality childcare with your portfolio. Covering key areas for business success and leading on People, Practice and Performance.

Essential
- Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification
- 2 years experience as an Area Manager, or in a similar role
- An excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
- Confident in communication, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risk
- Experience in succession planning, identifying current and future talent, creating plans for Continuous Professional Development and career pathways
- Experience in process improvement and action planning, creating tools and insights to support Centre performance
- Right to work in Australia, without restriction
- Strong experience in Long Day Care
- In-depth commercial awareness
- Experience in budgeting, financial decision-making, and monetary awareness
- Experience in utilising systems to identify and track key business drivers and success factors
