Job Description:

The SiteDocs Project Support will assist the HSEQ Team with transitioning from Skytrust to SiteDocs, the new HSEQ platform to be rolled out mid-year. This will be a fixed-term contract, for a maximum of 3 months.

• Upload current Safety Data Sheets into SiteDocs and complete a simple chemical risk assessment for each.
• Skytrust Task Risk Assessments to be printed as pdfs and uploaded to SiteDocs via completion of a form.
• Export Skytrust Plant Risk Assessments and save into SiteDocs in Resources.
• Upload Skytrust Aspects into SiteDocs via a form.
• Other printing and saving from Skytrust to agreed location as are necessary.
• Assist with reworking the Skytrust risk register for SiteDocs.
• Assist with closing out old Skytrust actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• WHS competencies desirable but not essential; training provided.
• WHS administrative experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office suite skills.
• Knowledge & Personal Attributes:
• Good system and computer skills.
• Professional, organized, detail oriented.
• Can-do attitude.
