Our client is a specialised commercial / industrial property group with outstanding reach across South Sydney and into the thriving Western Suburbs. Duties:
Working beside the Managing Director, this role will see you heavily involved in the Sales, Leasing and Administration functions to support all his listings and general operations of the business. Duties will include:
  • Handling Enquiries, Inspections, Initial Offers, Sales, and Leasing Administration
  • Preparation and / or coordination of documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and getting listings ready for marketing stage
  • Undertaking Ingoing Inspections Reports
  • Calendar management
  • Oversee the coordination of internal actions between staff, vendors, landlords and tenants for the MD’s transactions
Specific requirements:
  • Ideally some experience in Industrial, Commercial or Retail Sales, Leasing and / or Property Management
  • All the usual qualities you’d expect – good work ethic, time management skills, high attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills etc
  • Well-developed investigative, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Current and valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or close to completing)
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence and must own a reliable insured car
  • Ability to start at 8am and finish at 5pm Monday - Friday
