Description:
Medical receptionist position
3days/week (8am-5pm) plus Saturday morning shift (1-2x/month)
Temporary position commencing immediately for 6-8months.
Experience with face to face customer service preferred. Medical reception experience not essential. Basic computer skills essential.
Position involves front desk work at a busy Medical practice. Face to face and telephone patient bookings, billings and customer service. Management of confidential medical information and support for patient and doctors. Use of medical software.
Training is provided. This position provides an opportunity to get training and experience in the Medical reception field in a friendly supportive environment. Applicants need to be reliable with good customer service skills, efficient and able to multitask.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $29.96 – $41.95 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
