CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Part-time)
- Part-time permanent position
- Set days – 8 to 4pm Tues, Wed & Thursday
- On-Line portal CSR experience is essential
About the Role/Employer
Business is BOOMING! That is why your experience as a Customer Service Representative is required by this small but innovative forward thinking Safety Distributor. Alongside, another team member you will be the “go to person”. Facilitating a seamless process for the clients, using your computer skills and outcome driven energy, all while delivering a positive customer experience. The golden rule is that if we can keep the customers happy, we will all grow.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in an on-line/portal CSR role essential
- Excellent customer service skills/phone manner
- Computer literate/IT savvy
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A can-do attitude/solution based problem solver
- You’re a “people person”
