Primary Objective: Provide strategic and operational leadership for service delivery across the Department’s multiple program area. Along with the Senior Executive Group, drive whole-of-agency accountability for the delivery of client and community centred, integrated, place-based services and to ensure that the regions are empowered with the necessary resources and capabilities to ensure their effectiveness and ability to deliver positive outcomes for their communities. Oversee NT-wide and Practice and Professional Development Services and ensure the engagement of program areas to enable effective support to the Regions, support, local innovation, service excellence and deliver positive outcomes for the community. Work with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emergency events affecting the Northern Territory. An Executive contract for up to 4 years may be offered.
