We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our client's People & Development (P&D) Consulting Team, which forms an integral part of the broader People & Development Department at our Global client. As a People & Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experiences and supporting business outcomes and strategic goals through effective business partnering. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexibility options available.
Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance on people issues, recommending effective solutions to Partners and people leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive and influence the successful achievement of people projects and strategic objectives.
• Assist in delivering annual performance, talent, and remuneration activities, supporting the leaders throughout the process.
• Contribute to the implementation of change initiatives aligned with firm strategy.
• Support employee engagement, retention, talent development, and coaching initiatives.
• Identify and analyze business, workforce, and people data to inform decision-making and propose solutions.
• Proactively escalate people risks and employee relations issues as necessary.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication with other departments across the firm.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar or intermediary HR role, preferably within a professional services organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks.
• Strong team ethic with a desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
