The Opportunity:
- Support a super busy Marketing Manager
- Day to day management of digital platforms
- Work closely with the Sales team to manage brochure production & stock management
- Work with key (internal) stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, eDMs, social media assets
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and plan a marketing calendar (B2B eDMS, paid media and portals)
- Update advertising & marketing content, website and internal portals to ensure all campaigns are relevant
- Work closely with the marketing and creative department to ensure all on-brand assets are proofed before go-live deadlines
- Work closely with the marketing manager and internal stakeholders to secure post-campaign reports and evaluate campaign performance.
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have an interest in the travel/tourism client industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Previous Salesforce experience is advantageous
- The ability to learn/ adapt to new digital/I.T programs quickly is ideal
- An ability to thrive in a highly driven fast-moving growth environment
- KPI and goal-driven

- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Overnight and some overseas travel may be required!
